3 Easy Ways To Reduce Stress

We are all very busy on a daily basis with work, business and everyday life. Therefore we all experience some degree of stress from time to time. As we know stress can be very dangerous for our body and mind. In today’s post I would like to share with you 3 easy ways to reduce stress.
Meditation and Yoga – Are one of the best and my favorite ways to help your body, mind and your breathing. Meditation and Yoga will help you to relax your body and help you develop a right and positive state of mind. Then you will be able to get through a stressful day.
Exercise – I know we all think it’s impossible, because we are so busy. However it is possible, you don’t need to go to the gym or any other classes, just a 20min walk will help your body and mind a lot! Before I go to bed I go for a walk with my dog, and I feel so fresh and I sleep like a baby.
Change your diet – I know that for some people it is very difficult to change their diet immediately, but if you can gradually make changes – do it! It will make such a difference and you will feel much better! If it is very difficult for you than just reduce sugar, alcohol and caffeine.
I hope you will find my tips useful and please do try them! You will feel so much better, calmer, you will think more positively and when we think positively it does reflect in our actions. To achieve our goals we must think positive and feel happy.

I agree with your assessment on ways to reduce stress. One idea I would like to add is taking some time to acknowledge feelings as they arise instead of trying to ignore them. It's amazing what a difference it can make to simply take a moment to breathe gentle acknowledgement into the place in your body where you feel discomfort.

Anastasiya, have you ever heard the adage "people know what to do, but don't do what they know?" The easiest solutions are often the hardest it seems. Meditation & Yoga, Exercise and Diet….practical, doable, easy, and like you said, EASY!
I find myself juggling between the three. I know I need to meditate for my own peace of mind and balance (plus internal alignment). I know I must exercise…I vowed that commitment when I had to convince my husband WHY I needed P90X and why the gym membership was a great plan for daily cardio workouts.! And the diet, I know I must let go of starch, reduce my "white-food" intake, eliminate coffee and live more from a raw and green-food component. I know and try to bring all this in, yet I vacilate and continue making excuses.

This being said, do you think you could post "3 EASY ways to commit to a lifestyle we seek" or something similar? I would love to read it and apply without so much stress!
