Successful Business Networking Can Help You To Solve Your Problems

By: Anastasiya Day

I have found that there are still very many people who think that they have to do everything themselves to make their business run. Very often they cannot afford to employ others on a part or full time basis and their business is not growing as they hope or they are not meeting their objectives.

They are trying to complete all the tasks by themselves to save money and therefore they don’t have enough time to expand their business and to find new/ideal clients. And they wonder WHY!?

The possibility of outsourcing is something they have not considered. Any business owners should work with a Virtual Assistant. Simply because they can delegate any tasks to a VA and this will give them the time to concentrate on what they do best – running their business.

It is possible for a Virtual Assistant to cover many of their areas like administrative work, marketing, advertising, social media, business events/conferences, click here to read more about it. The best thing about Virtual Assistants is that they can help you with any tasks online and offline, which is great!

Always consider outsourcing instead of doing everything yourself especially if you feel that you are in one of these situations below.

1. If you do not have the time necessary to master a new skill for your business.

2. If your workload is very heavy a Virtual Assistant can take a lot of these off your shoulders.

3. When you suddenly have a busy time find ways to balance your volume of work more efficiently.

4. When you do not have some equipment or program, the VA most certainly will have and can save you considerable time and money to get a task done.

5. Similarly, if you do not have the resources necessary for some services you need the VA will have and this will leave you with more time to concentrate on your business.

Remember – Always FOCUS on what you do best and DELEGATE the rest.

In this way you will have:

1. More time to develop your product and increase sales.

2. More time for your customers and be able to create from their feedback better products and services.

3. Find your idea clients.

4. Most importantly your business can grow and prosper.

STOP trying to fit all the tasks into your busy schedule and START working with a Virtual Assistant today.

Anastasiya, the key is what you said here:  "Always FOCUS on what you do best and DELEGATE the rest."  It's the only way to excel.  If you insist on doing everything–what you do best and what you don't do so well–the result is mediocrity!  Great reminder … and glad your VA service is there to help entrepreneurs reach excellence!

Very wise advice, Anastasiya! I was just talking to a friend who outsources all the technical aspects of her online business, and she remarked that she was content to share her profits generously with this person. She said she would rather have 51% of millions than 100% of nothing.
I've been doing some outsourcing, but I definitely need to be reminded to focus on what I do best and leave to others the rest. I like your saying!

I'm a big fan of oursourcing. Everyone needs to follow your wisdom here.  It can be a time robber trying to learn something seldom used when you can help them get it done fast as they develop their products.

I absolutely could not do it all by myself; I have my family that helps em tremendously; my husband takes care of hootsuite, my son does a lot of the technical site on my blog, my daughter edits my blogposts, Anna Celini is my graphic designer and so on…I absolutely would be lost without them. You are so right, we wouldn't make much progress without any assistance!

Anastasiya, you are so right in saying you can get more done and reach your goals faster if you focus on what you are good at and outsource other tasks. I am working toward that time.  Thanks for your article.

I agree totally! Thanks for laying it out straight though!

How does any entrepreneur run a successful business without qualified help?  I couldn't run my biz without my VA. She is invaluable, especially when it comes to the techie online stuff I just don't have the time or patience for… like shopping carts! I love how you itemized the different ways a VA can make a difference.
