I have found that there are still very many people who think that they have to do everything themselves to make their business run. Very often they cannot afford to employ others on a part or full time basis and their business is not growing as they hope or they are not meeting their objectives.
They are trying to complete all the tasks by themselves to save money and therefore they don’t have enough time to expand their business and to find new/ideal clients. And they wonder WHY!?

Very wise advice, Anastasiya! I was just talking to a friend who outsources all the technical aspects of her online business, and she remarked that she was content to share her profits generously with this person. She said she would rather have 51% of millions than 100% of nothing.
I've been doing some outsourcing, but I definitely need to be reminded to focus on what I do best and leave to others the rest. I like your saying!
I'm a big fan of oursourcing. Everyone needs to follow your wisdom here. It can be a time robber trying to learn something seldom used when you can help them get it done fast as they develop their products.
I absolutely could not do it all by myself; I have my family that helps em tremendously; my husband takes care of hootsuite, my son does a lot of the technical site on my blog, my daughter edits my blogposts, Anna Celini is my graphic designer and so on…I absolutely would be lost without them. You are so right, we wouldn't make much progress without any assistance!

How does any entrepreneur run a successful business without qualified help? I couldn't run my biz without my VA.
