Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 An agreement signed by both parties will be completed before commencement of any work undertaken.

1.2 The Agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ notice.

1.3 All Client details held by AD VA Ltd will remain confidential and never knowingly be made available to anyone else without the Client’s permission.

1.4 AD VA Ltd agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information with respect to the business of the Client, except as may be necessary or desirable to further the business interests of the Client. The Client may request a Confidentiality Agreement before starting any work.

1.5 AD VA Ltd reserves the right to refuse work if it is thought to be illegal or immoral.

1.6 The final inspection of the completed work is the responsibility of the Client. Errors should be notified within 7 days from receipt. Errors or omissions generated by AD VA Ltd will be corrected free of charge. Any other corrections or additions will be charged.

1.7 Completed work will be returned to the Client by e-mail, first class post, or special delivery as the Client requires.

1.8 All work undertaken will be deleted from our records after 6 months unless the Client request AD VA Ltd to retain the information.

2. Charges

2.1 AD VA Ltd charges a standard hourly rate of £25 for work undertaken.

2.2 A minimum of 1 hour is charged for each new project.

2.3 All retainer packages will be billed and must be paid in advance on acceptance of work.

2.4 All quotations will be valid for 30 days.

2.5 AD VA Ltd reserves the right to submit a revised quotation if the Client's original requirements alter either before commencement of the work or during the assignment.

2.6 Additional expenses, i.e. stationery, printing, packing and postage, phone calls etc which are incurred on behalf of the Client will be charged at cost and invoiced accordingly.

2.7 AD VA Ltd reserves the right to increase prices with prior written notice to all existing Clients.

3. Invoicing and Payment

3.1 An invoice will be sent to clients and must be paid in advance on acceptance of work.

3.2 Payments may be made by cheque or bank transfer, details of which will be made available on acceptance of work.
