Copy documents, typing
Scan documents, photos, articles etc. Save to disk or memory stick
Source and book venue
Co-ordinate invitations and responses
Organise specialist equipment
Source caterer to provide refreshments
Liaise with delegates with regard to accessibility and dietary requirements

AD VA Ltd understands that every client needs a different level of support and bearing this in mind we offer three separate payment options.
Pay As You Go
For clients who require support as they need it. A minimum of one hour is charged at £20 per hour.
For clients who require support on a regular basis three packages are offered. Hours purchased in advance are provided at a discounted rate. Hours not used will be carried over for one month.
10 hours per month — 2.5% discount
20 hours per month — 5% discount
40 hours per month — 10% discount
For specific long term projects an overall fee will be agreed. Fees are dependent on the amount/type of work and time involved. An assessment of the project would be made to determine its overall cost. A written quotation will be provided and a 30% deposit would be required in advance.
All materials and expenses incurred on behalf of the client will be charged at cost (i.e. postage, stationery, telephone calls etc.)
AD VA Ltd will complete all projects within the agreed time and budget, to facilitate first-class long term working relationships with all their clients. All work undertaken is subject to our terms and conditions
